My first thought was "When did they start meddling in security affairs on other continents?" My second thought was that line from Dumb and Dumber 1 "Austria, huh? Let's throw another shrimp on the barby!" hahah
A shipmate once tried to mail a package to his girlfriend in Austria. The guy at the post office (in Brooklyn) refused to take it, because he thought that was an abbreviation for Australia and postal regs said "no abbreviations."
Shipmate told the guy to find his superior, "at least somebody who is a GS-2".
This has become typical of CNN, whose main page points sometimes to infomercials and paid advertisements and pawn these off as news. Its completely demoralizing to realize how easily misguided and distracted the general public in America is these days .... We are far from the greatness we once held in so many areas.
I'm pretty sure building a wall around an island makes sense if you drink enough Fosters.
