Chinese BBQ Pork

From the weekend, a recipe for Chinese Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork). I made this Sunday afternoon, and made enough for leftovers.

ASM approved. I left out the food coloring but otherwise followed the recipe.

I am not sure if you have committed a hate crime with no statute of limitations or multiple micro-aggressions by co-opting another culture's food or by using pork "The other white meat" in the recipe.
