Raising the Bar

What comes after the motorcycle?

How about this?

Not that it's a new idea, by any means. They used to race them, in a tandem setup.

Gee, that looks perfectly safe.

What could go wrong with that?

Our good friend LawDog mentioned a variation of this a few years ago, only with quads for horses instead of bikes.

I wonder how they hook up the brakes?

Of course, maybe breaking isn't top of mind to the people who do this.

Sign me up. I like how the chopper lifts the tire at the 38 second mark. I could see that high speed steering could be a problem.

Oh my god that is so effing metal!

Looks totally safe to me. What could possibly go wrong?

I think I saw something like that on Scrapheap Challenge once. Looks like great fun, as long as I'm not the one driving it!
Then, taking absurdity in the other direction, there's the monowheel....

Brakes? As Ettore Bugatti said, "I make my cars to go, not to stop."
I think my next moto-lid is going to be like that guy on the bottom, not some silly Arai plastic thing.
That would be more cool than racing around the property line on the Old KTM.
