Only suggestion I can make is: get a heating pad and use it when you can.
Patience... and think on this: you're only (considering how long you've been alive) a relatively short number of weeks away from getting back in the saddle!

As one who has undergone Physical Therapy for both my knee and shoulder I can tell you that you are pronouncing it wrong. It is called:

and the people that practice it are:
Physical Terrorists
Spiritual descendants of Mengle, they will cause pain with glee and push you to places that should not be seen.
Afterwards you will realize the above is false, but if you figure it out during PT, they are doing it wrong.
