Update

Thanks for everyone who has left a comment.  It wasn't me, and it didn't involve the motorcycle.  It was one of the kids, and it was a near thing.  Don't even want to think about that.  He'll be in the hospital for some days, I expect.

Damn, I'm worn out.

  1. You had us all worried. If things are ok at this point they should stay that way. In my ER we have a strict rule....arrive alive and you leave the same way. Arrive otherwise and we do out best...

  2. Missed your last couple of posts, when I saw "Hospitalblogging" followed by "Update", well I was a bit worried.

While things don't seem to be "OK", it looks like things aren't "bad". Will send good thoughts your way and prayers up to Sky Six.

  19. Funny how it hurts worse when you're not the one that got hurt, isn't it?

Hope everything turns out good in the end.

Young people bounce, remember. They're a lot more resilient than us old farts, and a lot more than we give them credit for.
