    They forgot someone shouting in Hindi in the background because one of the team members in Bangalore is calling in while he rides the train home from work.

    And if people don't freaking learn to STOP TALKING after they ask a question...

    And what's even worse is that we're usually on a satellite link, with a half-second or more delay thrown in for good measure.....

    The crying baby/screaming kid was missing, as was the highly-annoying-homicidal-rage-inducing hold music while you wait for others to join the call... :)

    But, otherwise, spot-on.
