So it looks like Cletus was
gettin' his rage on:
A suspected Molotov cocktail and several plastic bottles filled with
gasoline and kerosene were found in the Midtown apartment of a Georgia
Tech graduate student severely burned, police said Wednesday.
OK, a backwoods redneck PhD student at Tech. Work with me here. It's all white ragey McRagerage.
Saamer Akhshabi remains in Grady Memorial Hospital with third-degree
burns over 90 percent of his body from the fire started in his apartment
Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of 10th Street, police said.
Wait, what?
Akhshabi is studying in the College of Computing at Tech, where he has attended since 2009, according to his web page. He was scheduled to graduate in May, Nagel said Wednesday. Prior to moving to Atlanta, Akhshabi completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Tehran in Iran.
Must be some kind of accident.
Late Tuesday night, it wasn’t known what caused the fire. But an FBI
spokesman said the man’s burns were possibly from an incendiary device.
Move along folks, nothing to see. Other than the Media trying to sweep this down the memory hole.
See what happens when you let a Computer Science student play with hardware? Should have let the EEs handle it. They'd have leveled the building.
ReplyDeleteReally...oh dear Lord.
ReplyDeleteThere is a silver lining in that he was so incompetent that he lit himself up instead of his target. Maybe that reflects his choice to attend an American university in their current abysmal state.
