Actually, I decided around 6pm on 4 July 2013. The last four months have been prepping the property, house hunting in New Hampshire (Free State Project!), etc.
The house went on the market Friday (22 November) and we had three offers in hand by Monday (25 November). Right now we're under contract, with the P&S signing in a week, if all goes according to plan.
We hope to be settled on a farm in New Hampshire around early February. At which point we'll track down our newly local FFL and say "we need to do a transfer on a few items from out of state", and he'll ask "how many?" and hilarity should ensue.
Travis - I'm so glad you're getting out of there. Beautiful home - I hope you're able to find what you're after in New Hampshire and put the evilness of Massachusetts behind you.
Sorry NOT interested in Mass...
ReplyDeleteTravis decided to sell, eh?

Damn. I was hoping TJIC would be heading out to my side of the country.
ReplyDeleteHey Aaron!
ReplyDeleteIdaho was definitely in the running for a while, but Free State Project loonies, plus godkids, plus lots of other good stuff are keeping us nearby.
