As a matter of fact, I do need a workout for the holidays

  1. I suggest starting with three sets of 20 reps each. Don't forget to stretch first and cool down afterwards! Also, a high protein diet will help replenish muscle tissue. I recommend steak and lobster.

  3. Sequence is backwards..unless you are planning to develop grip strength by putting the corks back in.
    Where's the fun in that?
