Jan & Dean - Surf City

It's the equinox, which means that it's officially summer now.  OK, here's some summer music.

    I remember waxing down my sidewalk surfboard in the west Texas desert that summer. Our Wiamea was the smooth, nicely sloping sidewalk at the new elementary school.

    I don't mean to be the pedantic jerk, but it was the Solstice. Sol -- as in solar, as related to summer. The equinox happens in March & September.
