"Your Honor, I plead not guilty by reason of you are a @#$%!"

There's good news, and there's bad news.  The good news is that the Judge wanted him brought back for a discussion.  That's the good news.



The bad news is that while he had the right to remain silent, he lacked the capacity.  120 days for being stupid is getting off easy, if you ask me.

    He wasn't going anywhere anyway. He was not going to make bond and he was going to sit in jail anyway. In fact, he was not even going to be allowed bail for the time being. Meaningless over all but he will probably spend more time there because of it. Or not.
