So if posting a pic of your kid with a gun gets you a visit from CPS

Should I expect a knock on my door?

Suck it, Jersey.

  5. I've a photo of my daughter at the range. It's summer, it's hot, She's in a tube top and shorts and noticeably pregnant firing an AR15 like she means it. (She and tactical son in law are avid shooters) She made me swear never to post it lest she end up as a pin up on some barn wall in the Ozarks next to some hot tractor.

This is the same gal who turned down a visit to the White House when she was a National Merit Scholarship Winner as "Bill Clinton is just going to grab my ass".

I'd love her even if she wasn't my kid. But you understand that.

  6. Brigid, I expect that #2 Son is safe from both Bill and Hillary (although that last likely makes me an enemy of the state).

But I sure do understand your feeling, looking at them looking at you, there on the range.

  7. Soon as cameras get puked out onto computers, I've got pics of a 4-year-old in neon pink parka and bright red ear-protectors shooting a digital-pink/grey-cammo Walter P22. Yup. At 4 years old. And the ongoing debate is whether Daddy, who she is leaning up against, has a bigger grin than she does!

(and yeah, she nailed the orange juice jug we were using as a target. we'll work on sight-picture and grip at a later date.)
