The TSA says it's sorry

Well, a former TSA screener says he's sorry.  He blogs it, actually.

    Just spent 2 hours going through his site...

    Jeebus...
    It just torques me off more and more as I read through his anecdotes and letters from other TSOs.

    And... I get to interact with them again soon...
