Seems the dirtbag was fired from the P.D. "for cause". There's a surprise - whatever he did was so extreme that even the Union couldn't save his job. Reading the story, that's not hard to believe.

I didn't read the story, because I can't take that cruelty schtick that some "people" have.

BUT, someone hurts an animal for their own sick purposes? I'll be happy to see them dragged behind a slow tractor for 20 miles. THEN set them on fire.
