I sure dig how you can even make the hands of time race forward.  Knowing that I'll get this hour back in the Autumn (without interest - looks like the IRS is doing the refund strategy here) makes me even more appreciative.

The fact that we need a building full of bureaucrats in Washington D.C. is but a trifle compared to the enormous value provided by the Fed.Gov.
