See through LCD display

Samsung has one of these that is as big as a living room window.



Cool, but whatever it costs, it costs a lot.  So make your own:



The big one is insanely cool, with touch screen capability, the ability to go completely dark, and a day/night option (backlight).  I'd embed it, but the geniuses who run CNN Money's marketing group have embedding disabled.  And so what is a fabulous interview and demo has 166 views.  Awesome marketing.

    Heads up display for automobiles? This would allow the projection of gauges and other information that would allow the driver to keep his eyes on the road.
