Drunk, topless woman leads police on 128 MPH chase.  I'll bet the arresting officer tells this story for years.

    I lived in Hiram, Ohio for several years. Went to school at the tiny liberal arts college there, even. Hiram is tiny - maybe a couple hundred residents outside the students. Shame I never met that chick, though.

    I bet the cops see more of that stuff than we ever hear about. Geez ask a semi driver about the stuff he's seen on the road sometime.
