Catching a banking scam

Yup, this is 100% a dead giveaway.  There are other ways the Bad Guys try, but if they use this one on you, you won't be in Condition White.

  2. I work in a fraud department and the best advice I can give is if you get an email and you aren't sure if it is a scam or not, don't click on anything and call your bank at a number you know to be correct. If there is a problem, they will be able to tell you right away.
