Annie Oakley

As a mental health break, here's Annie Oakley in action, along with Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show.



Filmed in 1894* by Thomas Edison himself, in that newfangled "Moving Picture" thingie.  Some day, that just might get big.

* Annie was shooting her favorite 1973 Winchester, not the newfangled 1894 model.

    Sweet vid, but I believe you mean "her favorite 1873 Winchester," not 1973 Winchester.

    I don't know, Raptor - Nixon's second term was a Renaissance of gun designs! ;-)

    I got that wrong in a bunch of ways, and thought I'd corrected the typo. Seems I hadn't.
