Have recently acquired a recurve bow and have been reading how to fabricate a long bow. FWIW, a long bow is easy enough to make for an amateur bowyer to become adequately successful within just a few tries to have a shootable bow. Of course, a bow defeats all forms of sound location listening for gun shots. Fascinating "Box of Truth" data!
