    I'm betting thats how the DEA found him. He missed a payment on his electric bill so the power company turned in thier best customer.

    aczarnowski, he was tapping into the power feeds (stealing the power). The Electric company noticed when he started blowing up transformers.

    In California, with a Medical stamp and PG&E approved rates, that would be completely legal. And a good way to keep from being ripped-off.
