Kitty looks like I feel. 14 hour day yesterday, and got called out at 2am this morning to pick up a dog. Police stopped the owner on a traffic violation and discovered that she was bat-shit crazy.
What is it with drunk and/or crazy people driving around with their dogs at all hours of the morning?
