Things I did not know

According to USA Today, I am an "affiliate" of TJIC:
In a post titled "1 down, 534 to go," Travis Corcoran of Arlington, Mass., wrote: "It is absolutely, absolutely unacceptable to shoot 'indiscriminately'. Target only politicians and their staff, and leave regular citizens alone." The blog, TJICistan, is no longer accessible, but affiliates have emerged.
It's that last link that made my hit counter spin.  Thanks, guys!

But I have to say that it appears that "Irony 101" is no longer a required course for Journalism majors.  Pity.

Full disclosure: I am entirely unaffiliated with TJIC, except for the monthly meetings where he hands me the bushel backets of cash from Vast Right Wing Conspiracy HQ.

  3. You're getting bushel baskets?
All I get is coffee cans full...

    BTW, Tam's in.

  4. Wait, there's money? Crap.

I knew I was missing out on something.

Of course I'm neither conservative nor right wing since the left/right spectrum is a creation of socialism designed to constrain all political thought into some form of socialism.

Maybe that's why I have no conspiracy money.

  5. I KNEW I should have been attending those meetings. I could use those bushel baskets of cash.

Nice of USA Today to spread the word though.....

  6. Hey, where's my cut?!?!? Ya serve 20 years in the Navy and all the VRwC gave me was a pat on the ass and a hearty handshake for a job well done! Midwest Chick is right, guess I shoulda attended the meetings, but they never let me in, kept getting the secret hand shake screwed up!

Me too. I was too busy attending the Gay Agenda meetings. Lesbians are aggressive recruiters, but they never came through with the toaster oven, so I'm still straight.

  8. Well that explains all the hits on my site yesterday.

I'm not interested in the bushels of money. I just want my flying car, please.

  9. Since USA Today has gone to the trouble of sending people to one of your posts, how about updating it at the top with a primer that will explain to the average USA today reader what this is all about? Something like Ian Argent's post on the matter deserves reading far beyond this community.

  10. So have you noticed any interesting places pop up in your sitemeter lists? DOJ, DHS, FBI? (or do you get them regularly).

None for me. Well, except the DIA, and that could just be a like minded patriot seeing what we're all writing about.

  11. @skptic: good idea.

@Graybeard: it's too hard to keep up. I'm cheap, and so only use the free Sitemeter service that only shows the last 100 visits. I've been getting that each hour for going on 2 days. LOTS of people are interested in this.

I'm not really worried about the Feds, who I expect will be mindful of the 2nd Amendment. I would have been worried about my town's Police Chief up in the People's Republic, but that's not a problem down here in Georgia.

For what it's worth, there's nothing from DOJ, DHS, or FBI (nothing obvious, at least) in the last hour.

  12. I've been on board with "I AM TJIC' for a couple of days now and I havn't recieved my bushel or even a small packet of money form VRWC HQ.
Was there a form or something I was suposed to fill out?

    Thanks,
    Josh
