We've been suffering through similar weather here in Minnesotah. Not uncommon but still sucks. Walk outside, sweat, move sweat more, move lots of rocks, 6 yards worth by hand and sweat copiously while drinking lots of H2O!!
Cool beverages, shade or just turn the damn A/C on high and stay in the house!
We also are suffering through heat humidity. I do not do well with either. Walk outside and sweat, move and sweat, move and do something such as move 6 yards of crushed rock via shovel and wheel barrel and sweat copiously.
So I firmly believe in cool beverages and cranking the damn A/C on freeze!!
'Tis only 90 degrees here in SA right now. This time last year it was about 105. I'm trying not to think about it too hard; afraid I'm going to jinx it.
hah! and again i say hah!

Those temps you show make for a cool summer day where I live.
