Two states (Illinois and Wisconsin) flat out prohibit carrying concealed weapons. It seems impossible to square this with what other states are doing, so "equal protection" looks like it will force a change.

Im sorry. Where did you get your information on Mississippi. I believe Miss. is a "shall issue" state
ReplyDeleteI think it will take more litigation, maybe even another case or several before the Court for this to sort out. Nor am I certain that much will change in this state.

ReplyDeleteMcDonald or no, WI Concealed Carry got to our POS Gov Doyle's desk and was vetoed in 06 and failed the override in the state assembly.
