About that "maintain a proper lookout" thing ...

Remember, the lookout is supposed to warn the helmsman about hazards. Just sayin'.

    That was a hand held camera, which means not only was someone standing there, but they saw it coming and filmed it rather than do something about it.

    I've heard shit like this happens due to GPS systems plotting the same way points from differnt directions.
