Coakley's role in the imprisonment of Gerald "Tookie" Amirault is all the more inexcusable when one considers that wild accusations of child sex abuse at the Fells Acres Day School were widely discredited by the time she became involved in the case. Even when it was clear Amirault was innocent, Coakley lobbied Acting Governor Jane Swift to keep Tookie behind bars for an extra two years. Some of us still think it should be "Court of Justice", rather than "Court of Law". Naive, I guess. The Organs of the State do not self-correct, at least not under Martha Coakley's "leadership".

This is news to me, but this is proof that evil is indeed alive and well.

I had commented over at JayG's wondering where Cheryl and Tookie were. Gerald (Tookie) was on the radio Friday talking about the case. I don't think he's voting for Martha.
