One thing I heard repeatedly on TehMedia was the old, "There's more Democrats than Republicans in Mass," - without a single mention that there's also more Independent's than either of those groups.
Looking at the results is interesting. Coakley's best cities were:
Cambridge: home to MIT and Harvard Provincetown: town made up of Artists and gays, pop 3400 but only 450 families Amerst: containing 3 liberal arts colleges
Oh, wait ...
Why do I think that there are those who wish Ms Coakley would leap from a tall building in a single bound?
