Really? Who to believe? Davis, with his "BSc Joint Hons Molecular Science/Computer Science" degree, or the globally-renowned, peer-reviewed climate scientists at the Met Office Hadley Centre.

What, like the the globally-renowned, peer-reviewed climate scientists at the UEA centre?
I'd mock them, but they've bemocked themselves. Kind of takes the fun out of it, like kicking a puppy.

The punch line? These folks are absolutely convinced that they're smarter than us, and the True Defenders of Science.

    The Czar would remind everyone that he has *exactly* the same climatology credentials as VP Al Gore: undergraduate college work. Except my training is about ten years newer than his was.

    And VP Gore and I have more of a foundation, therefore, than most of the people screaming in favor of AGW. Even when I had the college course in 1988, our instructor was dismissing global warming. Maybe that's the difference, given who Mr. Gore's professor was.
