I've been having the same thoughts myself here lately. My local range gets RIDICULOUSLY crowded from about a month before Deer season starts right on through the middle of January. Mostly rifle range activity, but the pistol range gets crowded too with folks waiting for a lane to open up on the rifle side.
Another couple of weeks and I'll be able to get back out - assuming weather permits (outdoor range).
I'll be out tomorrow afternoon, with a new shooter.
