Here's an interesting thought...legalize beer to minors and tax the crap out of it... the beer companies would make some $$$ and maybe state and local governments would too.
If not legalize beer to minors, why not lower the legal age to sell to 18 for beer & wine, leaving distilled spirits at 21? An 18 year old can vote but can't legally buy a drink? Doesn't make much sense to me -- we need one consistent age of majority. Period.

But it sure makes a great picture.
