Beretta AR-70

If this isn't a recruiting poster, it should be.

The AR-70 replaced the old Beretta BM-59, basically a M-1 Garand with a detachable magazine. This model is in 5.56mm NATO instead of the old .308 used by the BM-59. "Model" meaning the rifle, not the paratrooper, of course.

  4. She makes me wonder if one paratrooper can still say to another, "let's hit the silk."

  7. Well, if you really want to join the Italian Army, it should be a matter of a call to their local consulate...
