I just sold my Catalina 27 last year.Maintenance, Slip rental, and other miscellaneous expenses over 8 years = more than the cost of the boat.I was pretty happy to sell it. Still, I miss sailing.
The two happiest days of a boater's life: the day he buys it, and the day he sells it.;-)
