If you don’t know this information beforehand, you will spend HOURS waiting for Windows to remove the program. [vendor name redacted], being an over-bearing waste of RAM, will try desperately to spend as long as possible pretending to uninstall so that you will finally give up and leave it on your computer until the day comes when you have 10 hours to spend waiting for it to finally follow through.Slow, expensive, and feature-poor, but other than that it's awesome.

As soon as AVG was active, and internet surfing to sites that my dad and stepbrother have used consistently commenced, AVG noted that there was spyware that was being transferred to the machine (via IE).
