The campaign is only there because it has to be, like windshield wipers on a car. Nobody really cares how good it is. A 10 hour campaign (which Halo 4 has, too - it only took me 12 hours to finish, and I suck) is pretty much standard.

That's why I like role-playing games like Skyrim and the Fallout series. They're not just replayable, they're continuously replayable.

Dave Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04813274491601970838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6322916946732811685.post-17185285194077553332012-11-18T15:49:18.230-05:002012-11-18T15:49:18.230-05:00I think I've played all of them so far, a few ...I think I've played all of them so far, a few of the "Battlefield" series, and several of the "Medal of Honor" franchise. The only problem I have with them is the fact that, for those of us who prefer single-player, the storyline is rather short. I was done with Battlefield3 (got it for Christmas last year), playing through on both normal and hard-core, in like three days total (not all at once) play. For TWO TIMES THROUGH THE GAME!!! To me, that's not worth the $60 sticker price on a new game. I also got "Skyrim", which has pretty much infinite playability, and is well worth the money.RabidAlienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07035887632706442114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6322916946732811685.post-82288208520942006812012-11-18T14:55:08.786-05:002012-11-18T14:55:08.786-05:00I do believe I have them all. I hope it is better than the first.
My favorite by far was MWF II. Played the special ops today as matter of fact.
(hey, it was an official BAR union break)kx59https://www.blogger.com/profile/04145047517803465867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6322916946732811685.post-84250396862380895762012-11-18T11:31:22.586-05:002012-11-18T11:31:22.586-05:00I am reminded of how popular and pervasive Call of...I am reminded of how popular and pervasive Call of Duty is every time I post a shooting clip to Youtube or look at other people's shooting clips and see all of the comments from "COD kids" about how fake they look or how great/bad any particular gun is/was, and this despite the fact that most COD kids still live with their parents and have never shot so much as a .22 rifle in their sad little lives.Murphy's Lawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17164780742334950772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6322916946732811685.post-68526351008091958902012-11-18T11:09:12.541-05:002012-11-18T11:09:12.541-05:00I remember buying Activision games for my old Atar...I remember buying Activision games for my old Atari 2600 and no one knew who they were. . . now we all know Activision and no one remembers Atari except us old folk = )JDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17017870812159268231noreply@blogger.com
