Ouch

OK, I've done my bit to support the community - Community Theater, in this case.  The set has been struck, the materials sorted and stacked for the next production in the spring.  The Jeep was useful - put the top down and all sorts of large objects can stick out the top as you drive them to the storage facility.  The local police are uninterested in whatever technical infractions of the rules of the road as we traverse 200 yards of public roadway.  That too, is how things should be.

But ouch.  Even after a frosty Adult Beverage, I'm pretty stiff and sore.  I rather expect I'll be more sore tomorrow.

But the lovely Mrs. Borepatch looked at me with those eyes that still know how to shine, because I went and helped not because I had to, but because she'd like it.  That's not a bad thing at all.

And now that the production is over, I'll be back on a more regular blogging schedule.

One of the nicest "looks" a wife can give!

Got the same kind of look from my wife when I finished installing the new disposer on Saturday night at 9:45PM, and crawled out from under the sink.....

And I'm all stiff and sore today, too.

Yeah, I've found that folks tend not to discuss your driving habits when you've got a half-dozen halberds sticking out of various vehicle windows, and are towing a scorpion as well.

I enjoy those looks. Miss em, too.
