That may be his good luck dance, to ensure that a piece of equipment makes it through an entire flight without breaking. I worked with a guy in the Big Grey Canoe Club that had such a dance, which was used sparingly, 'cause you didn't want to wear out the magic...

I'm thinking either too much coffee & the caffeine has him bouncing ... or too much coffee, and he's racing to the head in the next scene.
Meh... It's the Air Force, nothing else need be said... He tried that on the flight deck, he'd be shark bait!
As a Air Force vet, we don't put planes on things that move when landed on like a toy in a bathtub. :) We also get the big airplanes.
Seriously though I've seen a Navy guy or two do a dance after launch. It's luck, or ritual, whatever.
