Not in Massachusetts, it's not

Look, I'm down with the People's Republic lightening up on (heck, even lighting up) weed. Not my particular poison - not that it's any of your dang business, thanks for asking - but the Gubmint doesn't have any business messing with you in your own private life.

But this gun is not Massachusetts legal, and so it cannot help you protect yourself from the coming Zombiepocalypse. You'll need to head for the New Hampshire border, but I hear they'll shoot Massachusetts refugees on sight.

So kiss your tail end goodbye, sucker, once the outbreak hits. Oh, and you can thank Mitt Romney for signing that "Assault Weapons" ban that's keeping you from defending yourself from Zeke. Always good to have "real conservatives" covering your back ...

So you may as well get baked before the hordes come for your brains.

Unfortunately, while it may be legal in "Free" America, that's only a technicality. Courtesy of the Hughes Amendment of FOPA '86, the price on one of those babies is upwards of 6 digits, if you can even find a pre-'86 example. Then you gotta pay another $200 tax, submit your paperwork to the ATF, pray they don't screw it up while you wait 6 to 8 months for it to process. Only then can you actually take posession of it.

But the nightmare isn't over yet: now you have to pray that the ATF doesn't "accidentally" lose the documentation proving that you are, in fact, approved to own the weapon, 'cause if they do, you go to jail for the rest of your natural life.

Remember: They Hate Us Because We Are Free.

don't really matter to me I could not afford to feed it and if I owned it I would want to use it. . . .

Dude... we're talking about killing zombies, not going through the zombies' red tape.

Outlaw the T Virus, and only outlaws will have the T virus.

Zombies/Liberals/Progressives - same difference.

Adding this one to my Christmas list.......

As long as it's transferrable, it's legal in MA. No bayonet lug or collapsible stock to run afoul of the AWB, so it's good to go even in MA - yes, believe or not, full auto is legal in MA (I personally know about a half-dozen Class III weapon owners in MA, actually).

But put a bayonet lug on my Bushmaster, and it's a felony...

I think the more important question is, "Do zombies catch a buzz if they eat your brains while you are stoned?"

Typical, judge an inanimate object rather than the intent of the owner...

Actually, I think The Cabin in the Woods would disagree...
