What's after Web 2.0?

All of the digital era social networking - Twitter, Facebook, even blogging - is driven by a set of technologies referred to as "Web 2.0". Every time you see an embedded Youtube video here, you're looking at Web 2.0: you don't have to go to Youtube, because my blog post pulls the Youtube data directly here (for your viewing pleasure).

The security implications of Web 2.0 are, as you can imagine, a nightmare. But that's a topic for another day.

But what's next? Will there be a "Web 3.0"? Some people push this idea, but some push a much more radical technology. An Analog technology:Heh.
