As a one-time leftie aparachick, the juxtaposition of these two legal investigations is Exhibit A in the case of the "People vs. the Government." If lefties really think that big government is a good idea, they need to justify why one of these guys was convicted and one wasn't even charged. Otherwise, it looks like "because one was on the side of Goodness And Light and the other was on the side of Evil And Darkness."
